  • What are the delivery times and costs?

    All orders placed before 12am are shipped the following day.
    All orders placed before 10am with TNT and TNT pick up point are shipped the same day.

    Colissimo guarantees a delivery period of 2 - 3 working days in France, and all parcels must be signed for. Shipping costs are set at a universal price of €6.90, or are free for any orders over €60. 
    For delivery in Europe, shipping costs vary according to the destination, and start from €10. The delivery period given by the French postal system is 3 - 5 working days. 
    For delivery outside of Europe, shipping costs also vary according to the location, starting from €40. The delivery period given by the French postal system is 5 - 14 working days. 

    It is possible to follow your order with a tracking number sent to you by My Little Day on www.coliposte.net.

    TNT: Guaranteed delivery within 24 hours in France (working days only). If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the delivery man is likely to leave the parcel at a certified TNT pick-up point. For France, TNT shipping costs are set at €14.

    Mondial Relay: Guaranteed delivery to a designated pick-up point in France within 5 working days (Mondial Relay does not collect orders on a Monday. Weekend orders are therefore dispatched on Tuesday). Shipping has a minimum fee of €4.80 and varies according to the weight of the parcel.

    TNT Pick-Up Point: Guaranteed delivery to a designated pick-up point within 24 hours in France (working days only). Shipping has a minimum fee of €11 and varies according to the weight of the parcel.

  • How can I return my items?

    All returns must be made within 30 days. The products must be new and unused, and must be returned using the original packaging with the delivery note attached.

  • I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

    Don't panic! If you already have an account with us and you have forgotten your password, visit the ‘My Account’ section and click on ‘forgotton password’.

    You will be asked to enter your email address and your password will be automatically sent to you. If, for some strange reason, this doesn't work, call us on 01 75 44 33 80!

  • How do the loyalty points work?

    You earn 10 loyalty points for every €1 spent on our site.

    The points are directly credited to your account and accessible under the 'Loyalty Points' section.

    The loyalty points can then be used in exchanged for a discount. Once you have earned 5000 points (500€ spent on the site), you will receive a 10% discount on your order using the promotional code ‘fidelite’.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    Payment is accepted only in euros.

    We accept all online payments made by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard), and also by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer. For all orders placed by cheque or bank transfer, the order is only confirmed and prepared on receipt of payment.

  • I have a credit note. How do I use it?

    When you return an item, there are several available options: exchange, reimbursement or credit note.

    If you choose to receive a credit note, will we credit your account with the total amount of the item(s) you have returned.

    This credit has no expiration date and can be used on more than one order.

    To use the credit, you must select the correct option from the different methods of payment at the time of placing your order. The credit will then be deducted from the total amount of your order and the remaining balance can be paid by bank card, PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.

  • I have a promotional code. How do I use it?

    From time to time, we offer promotional codes on our site. These codes give customers a discount on our products or on delivery fees. When there is a valid promotional code active, we will directly advertise it on our home page. All you need to do is enter the code before paying for your order.

  • An item that I would like is out of stock. What do I do?

    The quantities available on our site correspond directly with the quantities that we have in stock.

    If an item is out of stock, simply click on the ‘unavailable’ button below the product description. Once the item is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Once you have confirmed your basket, you can still change your order until it has been paid for.

    To edit an order that you have not yet paid for, go to the My Account tab and click on the shopping cart icon on the right of your order to return to it.

    If your order has already been paid for, give us a call and, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can add the products that you need!

  • Are the items in my basket reserved automatically?

    The items you put in your basket are not sent to our logistician until your order has been paid for.

    We therefore cannot guarantee the availability of the items you have selected until your payment has been processed. This is why you only have 30 minutes to pay, allowing us to minimise stock errors.

  • I realised after paying for my order that I was missing some items. What should I do?

    If you have forgotten an item and the status of your order is "Dispatched", we unfortunately are unable to modify your order. 

    If your order is "Being processed", or you have just payed for it, send us an email at contact@mylittleday.fr or call us on 01 75 44 33 80 so that we can offer you a solution.

  • The items that I received were incorrect/damaged/some were missing. What should I do?

    If your order is not as you expected (damaged, incorrect, items missing, etc...), please do not hesitate to send us an email at contact@mylittleday.fr or call us on 01 75 44 33 80 so that we can offer you a solution: exchange, reimbursement, or replacement, as quick as possible!

  • How do the balloons work?

    We offer two types of balloons on our site: latex balloons (30cm and 1cm) and foil balloons (in different shapes and sizes).

    The latex balloons can be inflated with air using a manual or electric pump. If you choose to inflate the balloons by mouth, you must wear protective eyewear to avoid injuries in the case of bursting.

    The foil balloons can also be inflated by mouth. For this method, we advise you to place a straw in the opening of the balloon and to blow directly into the straw. To deflate the foil balloon in order to re-use it at a later date, the straw can be used in the same way to extract the air from the balloon.

    The majority of our balloons can also be inflated using helium. Helium is lighter than air, and is the only gas that allows balloons to float in the air.

    Our helium cylinders are supplied with a mouthpiece for inflating balloons of all sizes. They contain approximately 13L helium (weighing only 2.5kg ) or 0.25m3 of gas.

    This capacity of helium will inflate approximately 30 latex balloons (30cm) / 1 giant latex balloon (1m) / one large foil balloon (numbers or letters) / 3 foil shaped balloons.

  • How do I set up my tassel garland/pom pom?

    The tassel garland and pompoms arrive flat and therefore must be assembled.

  • How do the piñatas work?

    All of our piñatas work in different ways.

    To fill your piñata with sweets or little gifts, a paper circle is drawn on to indicate where the piñata is punctured.

    Warning! Sometimes under the paper circle, there is no hole. In this case, you must open the piñata with a pair of scissors or a craft knife.

    To break open the piñata and release its contents, there are two options:

    - The piñata has strings hanging from its base. In this case, simply pull on the strings to free the gifts.

    - The piñata has no strings. In this case, you will need to break the piñata open with a stick.
