  • What are the delivery times and costs?

    All orders placed before 12am are shipped the next day.
    All orders placed before 10am with TNT and TNT pick up point are shipped the same day.


    Colissimo guarantees a delivery period of 2 to 3 working days in France, and all parcels need to be signed for. Shipping costs are set at a universal price of €6.90, or are free for any orders over €70. 
    For delivery in Europe, shipping costs vary according to the destination, and start from €10. The delivery period given by the French postal system is 3 to 5 working days. 
    For delivery outside of Europe, shipping costs also vary according to the location, starting from €40. The delivery period given by the French postal system is 5 to 14 working days. 

    It is possible to follow your order with a tracking number sent to you by My Little Day on www.coliposte.net.

    TNT: Guaranteed delivery within 24 hours to France (working days). If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the delivery man is likely to leave the parcel at a certified TNT pick-up point.
    For France, TNT shipping costs are set at €14.

    Mondial Relay: Guaranteed delivery to a designated pick-up point in France within 5  working days (Mondial Relay does not collect parcels on a Monday. Weekend orders are therefore dispatched on Tuesday). The shipping fees have a minimum tariff of €4.80 and vary according to the weight of the parcel.         

    TNT Pick-Up Point: Guaranteed delivery to a designated pick-up point within 24 hours in France (working days). The shipping fees have a minimum tariff of €11 and vary according to the weight of the parcel.

  • How can I return my items ?

    All returns must be made within 30 days.

    The products must be new and unused.  The products must be returned using the original packaging with the delivery note attached to the packaging.

  • I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

    If you already have an account with us and you have forgotten your password, visit the ‘My Account’ section and click on ‘forgotton password’.

    You will be asked to enter your email address and your password will be automatically sent to you.

  • How do the loyalty points work?

    You earn 10 loyalty points with  every 1 euro spent on our site.

    The points are directly credited to your account and accessible under the heading 'Loyalty Points'.

    The loyalty points are to be used in exchanged for a discount. Once you have earned 5000 points (500€ spent on the site), you will receive a 10% discount on your order using the promotional code ‘fidelite’.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    ¨Payment is accepted exclusively in euros.

    We except all online payments made by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard), but also by Paypal, cheque or transfer. For all orders placed by cheque or transfer, the order is validated and prepared on receipt of payment.

  • I have a credit note. How do I use it ?

    When you return an item, there are several available options : exchange, reimbursement or credit note.

    If you choose to receive a credit note, will we credit your account with the total amount of the item(s) you have returned.

    This credit has no expiration date and can be used on more than one order.

    To use the credit, you must select the option from the different methods of payment at the time of placing your order. The credit will then be deducted from the total amount of your order and the remaining balance can be paid by credit card , PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.

  • I have a promotional code. How do I use it ?

    From time to time, we offer promotional codes on the site. These codes give customers a discount on our products or on delivery fees. Whilst a promotional code is live, we advertise it directly on our home page. All you have to do to benefit from the discount is apply the code

  • An article I would like is out of stock. What do I do ?

    The quantities available on our site correspond with the quantities that we have in stock.

    If an item is out of stock, simply click on the icon ‘indisponible’ to the right of the product description. Once the item is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email.

  • Can I cancel or change my order ?

    Once validated, you can change your order until it is paid for.

    To edit a basket that you have not yet paid for, go to the My Account tab and click on the shopping cart icon on the right of your order to return to it.

  • Are the items in my basket reserved automatically?
    The items you put in your cart do not appear in our logistics until your order is paid for. We therefore cannot guarantee the availability of the items you have selected until your order is placed.

  • I realised after paying for my order that I was missing some items. What should I do ?

    If you have forgotten an item in your order and the status of your order is " Command sent ", we unfortunately will be unable to add these items to your order.

  • The items I received were incorrect/ damaged/some were missing. What should I do ?

    If your order is not as you expected (damaged, incorrect, items missing…) Please do not hesitate to send us an email at  contact@mylittleday.fr so we can offer you a solution: exchange, reimbursement or replacement.

  • How do the balloons work?

    We offer two types of balloons on our site: latex balloons (30cm and 1cm) and foil balloons (in different shapes and sizes)/

    The latex balloons can be inflated using a manual or electric pump. If inflating balloons using your mouth, you must wear protective eyewear to avoid all injury in case of explosion.

    The foil balloons can also be inflated using your mouth. For this, we advise you to place a straw in the opening of the balloon and to blow directly into the straw. To deflate the foil balloon in order to re-use it at a later date, the straw can be used in the same way to extract the air from the balloon.

    All our balloons can be inflated using helium.

    Helium is lighter than air, it is the only gas that allows balloons to float in the air.

    Our helium cylinders are supplied with a mouthpiece for inflating balloons of all sizes. They contain about 13L helium (weighing only 2.5kg ) or gas 0,25m3. This capacity allows the inflation of approximately thirty latex balloons 30cm or one 1m latex balloon, one large mylar balloon ( numbers or letters)  or three mylar balloons shapes.

  • How do I set up my tassel garland/pom pom?

  • How do the piñatas work ?

    All of our piñatas work in different ways.

    To fill your piñata with sweets or small gifts, a paper circle is drawn on to indicate where the piñata is perforated.

    Warning! Sometimes under the paper circle, the hole is not. In this case, you must open the piñata with a pair of scissors or a craft knife. To break the piñata and release its contents, two scenarios are possible: - The piñata has fringes hanging from its base. In this case, simply pull on the fringes to free the gifts.- The piñata has no feathering. In this case, it is necessary to break the outside piñata with a stick.
